ECT Logistics Coordinator
Location: Monterrey, Reciente León

Job Type: 4 days on / 3 days off, with full benefits

Salary: $23,000 MXN gross per month + $1,000 MXN monthly grocery voucher

Position Summary
As an ECT Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring customer shipments, maintaining clear and timely communication with customers and internal teams, and ensuring accurate shipment information throughout the transportation process. This position will support daily logistics operations through proactive shipment follow-up, appointment coordination, operational information validation, and accurate system documentation.

Main Responsibilities

Customer Service & Communication: Receive and respond to customer tenders, calls, emails, and messages; provide timely responses regarding shipment status, schedule changes, destination or reference adjustments, and special instructions.

Shipment Tracking & Follow-Up: Monitor shipment status with Carrier Relations and provide proactive updates to customers regarding loading, in-transit, and delivery status. Communicate delays or incidents immediately and coordinate with Account Managers regarding additional loads when applicable.

Appointment Coordination: Confirm pickup and delivery appointments and ensure appointment information is aligned between the customer and internal operations.

Operational Information Validation:



Review orders to ensure complete and accurate information, including addresses, shipment details, references, and time windows. Identify discrepancies or missing information before dispatch.

System & Documentation Management: Document orders in the appropriate systems, maintain accurate shipment statuses, and record calls, emails, agreements, incidents, follow-ups, and commitments for proper visibility and traceability.

Other Responsibilities

Performs other related activities or projects as delegated.

Qualifications

Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Enthusiastic, persistent, and confident approach.

Detail-oriented and committed to providing timely follow-up.

Computer savvy with working knowledge of relevant software.

Customer service mindset with strong communication skills.

Excellent communication abilities with aptitude in problem-solving.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.

Shift Schedule
Disponibilidad de turno nocturno de 12 horas 7pm-7am, trabajando 4 días y descansando 4días. (ejemplo)

Semana 1

Lunes y Martes : 7pm - 7am

miércoles, Jueves y Viernes: Descanso

sábado y Domingo: 9am - 9pm

Semana 2

Lunes y Martes: Descanso

miércoles, Jueves y Viernes: 7pm-7am

sábado y Domingo: Descanso

el horario es posible iniciarlo a las 7:00pm a 7:00am o bien de 8_00pm a 8:00am
