Role Job Description
Job Title : Kronos consultant
Role Summary : The Kronos Consultant will be responsible for support all the Kronos solution for all the Mexico customer entities. The project involves enhancements and support of operations for the day to day activities. The consultant will act as the primary coordination point for any local requirement across all stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of transformation objectives in alignment with project timelines and business expectations
Location : Candidate should work based on local Mexico time zone.
Experience
Overall Experience: Minimum 5 yrs of overall experience
Relevant Experience: At least 5 yrs of Kronos solution and support role having communications with all the stakeholders in English and Spanish languages.
Skillset
- Kronos implementation experience
- Kronos support and maintenance experience
- Fluent in Spanish and English
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the Customer for Kronos Transformation and support activities.
- Facilitate the requirements gathering workshops and discussions with business and IT stakeholders to capture functional and technical requirements.
- Facilitate requirements review and sign-off sessions with business and IT teams to ensure alignment on scope and expected outcomes.
- Facilitate fit/gap analysis workshop to identify business process gaps,
system limitations, and required solution enhancements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication, issue resolution, and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle or issues support.
- Support change management, testing, training, and deployment activities as required to ensure successful changes
