Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the fabrication, repair, and maintenance of molds, dies, and tooling.
- Lead and develop a team of skilled machining technicians.
- Coordinate daily priorities and workload to ensure timely support to production.
- Oversee CNC machining, Wire EDM, Sinker EDM, conventional machining, and precision manufacturing processes.
- Partner with Production, Engineering, and Molding teams to troubleshoot tooling and process-related issues.
- Participate in root cause analysis activities to reduce scrap, improve quality, and increase operational efficiency.
- Drive tooling optimization initiatives to improve mold performance and extend tool life.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, technical documentation, and tooling records.
- Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs for mold manufacturing and repair.
- Promote a safe, organized, and results-driven work environment.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in a machining, tool room, mold manufacturing, or tooling supervision role.
- Previous experience leading and managing technical teams.
- Strong knowledge of injection mold tooling and manufacturing processes.
- Hands-on experience with CNC machining, Wire EDM, Sinker EDM,



and conventional machining.
- Proficiency with CAD/CAM software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Pro-E, Mastercam, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of GD&T;, SPC, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, OEE, and SMED methodologies.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Technical degree or Engineering degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in injection molding manufacturing environments.
- U.S. visa and availability for occasional travel.
- Experience supporting root cause investigations involving molds, tooling, and molding processes.
