Read this first: this is a writing job first, and a design job second. Most applicants for social media roles lead with reels, templates, and design work. That work matters and it's part of this role. It is not what will get you hired here. We're hiring for two things above all: excellent writing in English, and the drive to go into the community every day and talk to people. If those are your strengths, keep reading. About the Company American-owned nearshore BPO and ITO partner. Builds and runs dedicated teams in Mexico for U. S. companies in legal, financial services, technology, telecom, retail, and healthcare. Offices in Monterrey, Mexico City, Salt Lake City and Dallas. Boutique firm. You'll work directly with company leadership, your work will go live quickly, and you'll own this function rather than execute someone else's checklist. What you'll do Write and publish social content, Linked In first Own the content calendar across Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, and Tik Tok Write for a U. S. executive decision-makers (COOs, CFOs, VPs of Ops/CX) Ghostwrite Linked In content for company leadership Produce content that is specific and credible, with no marketing filler Build the community This is a core part of the role, weighted as heavily as the writing. and industry accounts across all three platforms We don't mean “Great post!” and emoji reactions. We mean comments that add something and make people click through to see who wrote them. That's how a following gets built, and it's what we'll measure. Edit video and images Shoot and edit video and photos into short-form social content on a regular basis Measure and report Track what's working across platforms and report on it Bring recommendations, not just numbers Coordinate so social and search content pull in the same direction Write and maintain SEO web content Write and edit SEO service and location pages for our website, following our editorial rules on tone, structure, and length Keep messaging and proof points consistent across pages, and build out required FAQ sections for each page Coordinate open items across copy, Hub Spot development, and conversion-rate optimization (CRO) Track technical SEO and CRO fixes (redirects, mobile CTA issues, page speed, on-page structure) Optimize for AI search (GEO) Help improve how Amalga shows up and gets cited in AI-generated answers (Chat GPT, Google AI Overviews/Gemini, Perplexity),
not just traditional search Support AI-visibility audits and citation-gap analysis against competitors Support Hub Spot web operations Make routine updates in Hub Spot: forms, pop-ups, landing page modules, and simple on-site tools (e.g., ROI or savings calculators) Help maintain site compliance items Produce supporting sales and marketing materials Help produce longer‑form materials that support the SEO and sales pipeline — whitepapers, case studies, and sales deck updates. Required qualifications Native or C2-level written English.
