We are looking for a Program Manager – NPD & Operations to lead high-impact programs and process improvement initiatives in a world-class manufacturing environment!In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams (Production, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Product Management, Supply Chain, IT, and Finance) to ensure program execution aligns with scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:Lead cross-functional teams to define project execution strategies, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.Manage end-to-end program lifecycles for NPD, value engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives.Monitor project milestones, mitigate risks,



and drive root-cause issue resolution.Prepare and lead formal project reviews and status updates with Senior Leadership.Coach team members on the Product Development Process and project management best practices.Travel up to 20% (domestically and internationally) as needed. What We’re Looking For:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or Business.5+ years of Program Management experience, with at least 3+ years leading cross-functional teams.Proven track record managing product-centric programs from concept to production.Strong problem-solving, business acumen, and executive-level communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project Management software tools.Preferred: PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Enterprise Excellence certifications; experience with Agile methodologies.
