Position Objective

Responsible for coordinating the implementation, certification, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ARRK Mexico Servicios’ Quality Management System (QMS), with primary focus on AS9100D compliance, ensuring quality requirements are properly implemented and maintained across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate the implementation and certification of AS9100D.
- Develop, update, and maintain QMS procedures, controls, and records.
- Coordinate internal, external, customer, and certification audits.
- Follow up on audit findings, nonconformities, corrective actions, and root cause analysis.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure QMS requirements are effectively implemented.
- Monitor quality KPIs, risks, and continuous improvement actions.
- Support supplier evaluation and performance monitoring from a quality perspective.
- Support customer quality requirements and technical documentation.




- Coordinate AS9100D and QMS-related training and awareness activities.
- Maintain the QMS and prepare the organization for surveillance and recertification audits.

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Quality Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Systems or Quality Engineering.
- Proven experience with AS9100D, preferably involving implementation, certification, or QMS maintenance.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, audits, CAPA, root cause analysis, and risk management.
- Knowledge of engineering drawing interpretation and technical specifications.
- Aerospace industry experience preferred.
- Internal/Lead Auditor certification or training preferred.Advanced English proficiency.
