Qualifications
- Experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar strategic HR leadership role.
- Strong manufacturing industry experience supporting medium to large-scale operations.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leadership teams.
- Background in talent management, succession planning, organizational development, and strategic workforce planning.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations and labor relations within Mexico.
- Experience working in unionized environments is highly desirable.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and influence without direct authority.
- Strong business acumen, executive presence, and relationship-building capabilities.
