Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor purchase orders through the MRP system.
- Analyze and execute procurement activities to ensure the timely supply of raw materials, consumables, tools, and services.
- Coordinate domestic and international purchasing activities.
- Maintain effective communication with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and cost objectives are met.
- Negotiate commercial terms, delivery schedules, and supply alternatives.
- Monitor inventory levels and contribute to the prevention of material shortages.
- Actively participate in supply chain continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Planning, Production, Quality, Logistics, and Finance teams.
- Evaluate supplier performance and develop long-term business relationships.
- Monitor production forecasts to ensure material availability and prevent operational disruptions.

Required Profile

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience

- 1 to 3 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement,



or Materials Planning.
- Experience in manufacturing environments, preferably within the automotive industry.

Technical Skills

- Experience with MRP/ERP systems.
- Purchase order management.
- Materials and inventory planning.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Domestic and international purchasing.
- Supplier management and development.
- Data analysis and supply performance metrics.

Language Requirements

- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with international suppliers.
