Bilingual Customer Service Agent, No Sales
This is a full-time role where structure, focus, and reliability matter every day. We're expanding and looking for driven, bilingual talent to join our on-site call center team. If you're fluent in English and Spanish and ready to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you!
Who We're Looking For:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (near-native English required)
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (typing, navigating systems)
- Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented
- Call center experience is a plus, but not required
- Valid Mexican documentation is required
- Location: On-site - Ensenada, B.C.
