We're Hiring | Accounts Payable Analyst
At Hussmann Technologies de Baja California, we continue to strengthen our team and are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to join our Finance Department in Tijuana, B.Perform supplier account reconciliations and follow up on outstanding balances.
Support month-end closing activities, reconciliations, and accruals.
Maintain accurate Accounts Payable records and supporting documentation.
Support internal and external audits as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting procedures, and internal controls.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the Accounts Payable process.

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
~Previous experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting, or Finance.
~ Knowledge of invoice processing,



supplier reconciliations, three-way matching, and purchase orders.
~ Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar is a plus.
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
~ English proficiency is preferred.
