Key Responsibilities Supervise the fabrication, repair, and maintenance of molds, dies, and tooling. Lead and develop a team of skilled machining technicians. Coordinate daily priorities and workload to ensure timely support to production. Oversee CNC machining, Wire EDM, Sinker EDM, conventional machining, and precision manufacturing processes. Partner with Production, Engineering, and Molding teams to troubleshoot tooling and process-related issues. Participate in root cause analysis activities to reduce scrap, improve quality, and increase operational efficiency. Drive tooling optimization initiatives to improve mold performance and extend tool life. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, technical documentation, and tooling records. Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs for mold manufacturing and repair. Promote a safe, organized, and results-driven work environment. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a machining, tool room, mold manufacturing, or tooling supervision role. Previous experience leading and managing technical teams. Strong knowledge of injection mold tooling and manufacturing processes. Hands-on experience with CNC machining, Wire EDM, Sinker EDM,



and conventional machining. Proficiency with CAD/CAM software such as Solid Works, Auto CAD, Pro-E, Mastercam, or similar platforms. Knowledge of GD&T;, SPC, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, OEE, and SMED methodologies. Advanced English communication skills. Technical degree or Engineering degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications Experience in injection molding manufacturing environments. U. S. visa and availability for occasional travel. Experience supporting root cause investigations involving molds, tooling, and molding processes.
