Our Case Managers play a critical role in helping clients navigate their recovery journey while supporting the successful resolution of their cases.
You will coordinate medical care, maintain communication with healthcare providers and insurance companies, monitor case progress, and ensure every client receives the support and guidance they need.

Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Experience communicating professionally with medical providers, insurance companies, and clients.
