Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking to add a Program Administrator located in Guadalajara, North Campus. Reporting to the Project Manager, the Program Administrator role involves assisting with the management of key customer accounts in all aspects of the business relationship.
- Administrative support and right-hand person to the Program Manager for multiple customers.
- Maintain records, logs, and information up to date.
- Analyze data to support critical decision-making.
- Develop and maintain business relationships with customers.
- Lead and coordinate projects/activities with Cross Functional Team (CFT) members to ensure the program progresses as planned and within the prescribed budget,



including facilitating work and communication among different departments.
- Prepare program reports and executive presentations for management, customers, or others.
- May assist in the development and tracking of program metrics.
- Maintain project and program documentation up to date.
- Follow up on milestones, deliverables, and critical dates.
- Coordinate follow-up meetings and generate executive meeting minutes.
- Manage databases and project management tools.
- Support the preparation of reviews with customers and leadership.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or engineering completed.
- Fluent English, both written and verbal.
- Intermédiate Excel skills.
- ERP (Baan) is a plus.
- Administrative and financial knowledge.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing processes is a plus.
- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
