Responsible for managing New Product Introduction (NPI), including process design and line layout to meet production capacity; coordinating cross-functional resources and driving continuous improvement using Lean methodologies to optimize efficiency and quality; leading the implementation of new equipment, automation, and processes, as well as proposing design improvements (DFX); ensuring compliance with documentation (SOPs, Control Plans, PFMEA) and conducting failure analysis with preventive actions; with experience in electronics manufacturing (EMS/PCBA, audio), painting processes, labor cost estimation support, and knowledge of ISO ****.. Experience in Electronics automation and equipment transfer Fluent in English.



Interviews will be conducted in English, and daily conversations will be with foreign personnel at the location.
