Job Description
As a
Staff Software Engineer
, you will be an individual contributor in a platform-level role. You will be responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery of the team's products on hybrid architectures, while also mentoring and coaching less experienced software engineers and defining the future technical direction of our current systems.
What You'll Do
Translate complex business processes into concrete technical implementations
Follow and act upon the established deployment pipeline
Read and interpret design diagrams, and effectively replicate that knowledge to junior engineers
Review pull requests to ensure adherence to software development best practices
Write code aligned with
SOLID principles
, applying appropriate design patterns for each solution
Design and develop tests across the full software development lifecycle — from unit tests to end-to-end (E2E) tests
Analyze legacy codebases and lead their transformation into modern, robust solutions
Qualifications
What You'll Bring
5+ years
of solid, hands-on coding experience with a primary focus on the
.NET and .NET Core
ecosystem
Good knowledge of
modern C#
— including async/await patterns, LINQ, OOP, and the broader .NET framework
Knowledge about TDD, DDD and BDD
Knowledge of
distributed systems
and
event sourcing
patterns
Solid
design patterns
concepts




Highly collaborative mindset with a genuine curiosity to learn and explore software in depth
Nice to Have
Experience with
Azure Functions
Familiarity with
React
Experience with
ASP.NET
