Manage daily communications related to assigned accounts, directing customer concerns to the appropriate departments when necessary to ensure swift resolution.
Trace empty containers and ensure their timely return or apply per diem billing when necessary.
You have a bachelor’s degree in international business or equivalent experience
You possess knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
Advanced English level is a must
GDL Office 7:00AM-4:00PM / 8:00AM-5:00PM CST
