Milestone Systems seeks an experienced Senior P&C; Generalist to lead day-to-day operations for LATAM from Mexico City. The role covers onboarding, changes, leaves, benefits, and offboarding across Mexico, Brazil, and other LATAM countries via EOR agreements.
You will work with People Partners to implement regional P&C; programs, support local language needs, and ensure compliance across the region. The role also manages Mexico City workplace operations and liaises with external vendors.
