Amazon is seeking an Area Manager for the new Inbound Cross Dock (IXD) in Mexico. You will lead multiple hourly teams, coach managers, and drive safety, quality, and productivity across operations.
You will implement new processes and technologies to enhance efficiency and support the fulfillment network. You will collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, QA, and HR to develop long-term strategies and ensure on-time deliveries.
