Supports program and business financial planning processes, identifies risks and opportunities, and provides financial insights to support decision-making and achievement of operational objectives.

- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
- Experience in financial planning, forecasting, cost analysis, variance analysis, and business performance management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to support cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management, SAP/BW, and Microsoft Office tools is preferred.
- Ability to identify financial risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to support business objectives.
