Responsibilities

- Delivers recruiting services at site and country level, ensuring timely and effective fulfillment of open positions.
- Partners with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and develop recruitment strategies.
- Sources and attracts candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking activities, and executive search methodologies.
- Conducts resume screening, interviews, and candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, competencies, and cultural fit.
- Coordinates and facilitates the interview process between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Manages reference checks, employment verifications, offer negotiations, and onboarding activities for selected candidates.
- Monitors recruitment KPIs, analyzes hiring data, and supports continuous improvement initiatives to optimize recruitment processes.
- Maintains effective communication with candidates and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with company standards, procedures, and recruitment policies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration,



Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, offer management, and onboarding.
- Knowledge of Executive Search, job analysis, recruitment metrics, and talent attraction strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably SuccessFactors and SmartRecruiters.
- Advanced English (C1) with strong communication.
