KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of refrigeration assets
- Ensure quick complaint resolution and high service levels
- Supervise third-party service centers and mobile assets
- Execute asset refurbishment and reinduction with Trade Marketing
- Control maintenance costs and manage spare parts inventory

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Preference will be given to candidates with HVAC and/or Cold Chain experience
- Valid driving license (minimum 1 year old) – Mandatory
- Strong ownership and result-oriented approach
- Good coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Problem-solver, able to work under pressure
- Sound technical knowledge of refrigeration systems
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Willing to travel extensively.
