Responsibilities

- Sales Strategy Implementation: Implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth targets.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring they meet performance goals and contribute to regional success.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term business relationships.
- Sales Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights to senior management.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing and production teams to ensure alignment with business goals and sales strategies.
- Team Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales staff, supporting their professional development and career growth.
- Sales Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving sales processes, increasing efficiency, and driving better customer outcomes.
- Customer Feedback Management: Gather and report customer feedback to improve sales approaches and product offerings.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate forecasts and reporting on the sales pipeline, ensuring targets are met.
- Risk Management: Identify and address risks to meeting sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.




- 6+ years of experience in sales or account management, with prior team leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of regional sales processes and strategies.
- Proficiency in sales forecasting and CRM systems.
