PPG seeks a Regional Self-Service Coordinator to oversee the self-service channel within the assigned region, based in Guadalajara, Mexico. You will oversee up to 130 advisors and 3-4 executives to execute commercial strategies and drive growth across many markets.
You will lead recruitment, develop the team, monitor KPIs, and report results with action plans. Strong English and CRM skills are required.
