Consea America is seeking an experienced UGP Manager to lead an assigned production unit in our general manufacturing environment. You will drive safety, quality, productivity and cost performance while coordinating with maintenance and other functions to maximize efficiency.
Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will develop staff, implement continuous improvement initiatives, oversee budgets, plan staffing, and ensure compliance with processes and work instructions.
