- Proven experience in talent acquisition across Latin America, preferably in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written); Portuguese is a plus.




- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), digital tools, and agile methodologies applied to HR.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously with a focus on quality and timeliness.
- Experience in continuous improvement projects, digital transformation, or DEI initiatives within recruitment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and internal customer service skills.
- Innovative mindset with a focus on employee experience and business partnership.
