Real Estate Development is in charge of management of construction projects for Plant SLP including Building Expansions, New Buildings, Refurbishment, Office Relocation and Remodeling and others. We manage the complete life cycle of the projects from the early evSaluuatiobn, tplíatnniungl, porocurement and execution until its final handover to the user and our Facility Management colleagues.

Your work will focus primarily on:

Follow-up of the Commissioning, Approval and Handover Process (CAH) and the KPI's for the Construction Department.
Implement basic principles and processes of the Department, in collaboration with the contractor.
Prepare reports, evaluate performance and identify critical issues related to the CAH.



Provide support with the document control processes.

Requirements:

Be an active student of Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field of study, coursing 6th –
9th semester.
Availability (on site) from January 1st to July 31st , 2025, preferably between 7:00 am – 4:30
pm (40 hours per week) from Monday to Friday in BMW Group Plant San Luis Potosí.
Have a valid RFC.
Good MS Office skills.
Analytical thinking, communication, initiative skills.
Advanced English skills.
