About the role
The Internal Communications Sr Specialist position, based in Mexico City, plays a pivotal role in planning and delivering clear, engaging, and consistent communications for Nu employees in Mexico. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in internal communications, executive communications, content development, employee engagement, and change communications. They will understand how to adapt messages for different employee audiences and channels, while working effectively across teams and cultures.



They will be a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong editorial judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

What you will do
- Internal Communications Strategy: Develop and execute internal communication strategies and plans that connect company priorities, business updates, and organizational initiatives to employees in a clear, timely, and engaging way.
- Employee Channels and Content: Create, edit, and publish content for internal channels, including slack posts, internal announcements, presentations, talking points, FAQs, and other employee-facing materials.
- Executive Communications: Prepare executives and senior leaders for internal communications, including all-hands meetings, leadership messages, organizational updates, and employee Q&A; sessions. Help leaders communicate with clarity, empathy, and consistency.
