The Role

This is a selling role, not an order-taking role. We are hiring someone who picks up the phone every day, opens conversations with prospects and existing accounts, finds out what they actually need, and grows what they buy from us. Most of your day is on the phone, with email to support quotes and follow-up.

What You'll Do

Make outbound calls to prospects and assigned accounts every day, systematically and at volume. Ask questions to uncover needs, instead of just taking the part number the customer asks for. Offer complementary products, parts, and volume on every opportunity, not only when the customer asks. Reactivate inactive accounts in your book. Build and send quotes, agree with the customer on how and when you'll follow up, and keep that commitment. Follow every opportunity through to a close or a clear no. Protect margin on every deal, within company policy. Log all activity, opportunities, and notes in Hub Spot, every day.



Work with the internal teams involved in each order.

How You'll Be Measured

Monthly revenue (the basis for your commission), outbound call volume and talk time, quotes sent, quote-to-order conversion, average order value, margin, and CRM discipline.

Must-Haves

Based in Mexico. Advanced professional English, spoken and written. You can sell by phone, without a script, to a US customer. Proven phone sales experience, with results you can point to. Customer support experience alone does not qualify. Hands-on CRM experience, and the habit of keeping it up to date. Available full-time, Monday to Friday, on US Eastern Time. Your own computer, reliable internet, a headset, and a quiet workspace.

Nice to Have

Outbound or cold prospecting experience. B2 B sales experience. Knowledge of commercial door hardware or home improvement products. You use AI tools in your daily work.
