As a Data QA Engineer with a strong focus on Data, you will understand requirements and translate them into effective test cases, execute and automate those tests, and track testing progress and defects.

The Impact You’ll Have
- Understand requirements and translate them into test plans and test cases, ensuring requirements traceability.
- Help ensure the quality and reliability of our data by testing data pipelines, transformations, databases, and data-driven applications, identifying potential issues and validating data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Execute test cases, including regression testing, and document results and testing progress.
- Document, track, and validate the resolution of software defects in collaboration with Engineering.
- Work with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and address testing-related questions.




- Collaborate with engineers to investigate defects and determine the right solutions.
- Validate data across applications, APIs, databases, and data pipelines to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Establish and document testing processes, standards, and best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and data quality.
- Leverage AI tools to improve automation efficiency, data validation, and test coverage.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to ensure high-quality software and reliable data.

What We Look For
- 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
- Data Testing Experience: Experience testing data pipelines, data transformations, databases, or data-driven applications, with the ability to validate data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Hands-on experience with test automation using Playwright and/or Cypress.
- Strong SQL
