Manage offer processes via Panda Doc including country-specific templates and approvals Provide regular pipeline updates to hiring managers and recruiting leadership Qualifications +5 years full-cycle recruiting experience in Services or technical environments Experience recruiting Services candidates across at a country level, being Mexico City and Bajio Region a must. Proficient recruiting field services candidates using social media and multiple job boards: Linked In, OCC, El Empleo, Bumeran, Compu Trabajo), and employee referrals (Mandatory) Proven experience field service electrical and mechanical technicians/engineers (Mandatory) Fluent in English (Mandatory) Proven record of partnering with technical local schools such as: CONALEP, CETIS, Bachilleres among others (Mandatory) Proficiency with ATS systems (Oracle Recruiting Cloud preferred) Strong stakeholder management skills across time zones Experience with Linked In Recruiter and Boolean sourcing techniques Preferred Experience recruiting for Field Service, HVAC, Electrical, or Critical Infrastructure roles Familiarity with Panda Doc or similar e-signature platforms Experience recruiting on a regional level (LATAM) is a plus and highly desirable Work Environment On-Site Role based either in Monterrey or Mexico City 10–15% travel across Americas region Cross-time-zone collaboration required #J-18808-Ljbffr
