We are looking for experienced HSE Coaches and Trainers based in Mexico. To be successful in the role you will have: At least 10 years of experience in the Mining industry in Mexico Extensive experience in HSE coaching and training Fluent in Spanish and English Good organisational and communication skills Based in Mexico You would need to be proficient in the following: Frontline Safety Leader Coaching Leader Routines Individual Leader Planning and Recording Core Safety Leader Processes include: Pre-Start Meetings Risk assessment reviews and task planning Field Interactions – CCVs, Pre-Task Hazard Assessments, Wellbeing discussion, risk discussions, “work as done” discussions Incident management Learning from events
