The Business Development Manager, Mexico & Colombia is responsible for identifying, developing, and executing commercial growth opportunities that expand Ocean Spray's branded business across Latin America, with primary focus on Mexico and Colombia. This role will drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition, market expansion, strategic partnerships, channel development, and commercialization initiatives.

The adecuado candidate combines strong business development expertise with a deep understanding of Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), retail dynamics, and distributor-led markets. This individual will proactively identify untapped growth opportunities, develop compelling business cases,



negotiate commercial agreements, and build strategic partnerships that increase brand presence, household penetration, and profitable growth.

This role requires a commercially minded leader who can think strategically while executing effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Commercial Growth & Business Development
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new revenue opportunities across Mexico and Colombia.
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of growth opportunities including new customers, channel expansion, strategic partnerships, licensing agreements, co-branding initiatives, and new market entry opportunities.
