GTN Deduction Analyst

Location: Mexico City

Role Summary

As a GTN Deduction Analyst reporting to the Credit to Cash Jr Team Lead, you will serve as the financial pulse of our commercial deduction and resolution process, driving financial integrity and optimizing trade operations. In this role, you will monitor key commercial deductions, lead month-end performance reviews,



and foster cross-functional collaboration across Commercial, Finance, and Credit-to-Cash (C2C) teams. By identifying root causes and championing process automation, you will directly safeguard profitability and enhance customer partnerships across the organization.

Responsibilities

Monitor and resolve commercial deductions including promotions, pricing, returns, and post-audits while leading month-end performance reviews and closing meetings.

Partner cross-functionally with Customer Development, Local Finance, and Credit-to-Cash teams to resolve past-due balances, address credit holds, and secure repayments.

Drive continuous improvement by mapping processes and leveraging automation, such as Robotics Process Automation (RPA), to simplify and standardize workflows.
