Human Resources Representative 2
Responsible for monitoring compliance with employee rights and obligations within the company, ensuring optimal working conditions for the performance of assigned duties, conducting necessary investigations, preparing documentation, and making recommendations-including those regarding disciplinary actions.

General employee procedures
Absenteeism Management: Conduct campaigns to promote and encourage the reduction of absenteeism (As required)
Workplace Discipline Administration:
Apply sanctions and/or contract terminations (As required)
Provide timely and accurate information to Human Resources management regarding areas with the highest absenteeism rates on a weekly and monthly basis (As required)
Organizational Development: Responsible for the administration, control, and updating of the personnel census (Daily)
Monitor and track Training, EHS, and Safety metrics; propose and follow up on action plans (As required)
Employee Relations: Receive reports, concerns, and complaints from workers regarding services such as transportation and the cafeteria, and request action plans from the responsible parties (Daily)
