We are currently looking for talented professionals to join our team as:
International Accounts Payable Assistant
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Register and validate invoices from international suppliers.
- Follow up on payment processes according to established due dates.
- Reconcile account statements with international suppliers.
- Verify documentation and compliance with applicable tax and administrative requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to international accounts payable.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (completed and verifiable).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position.




- Knowledge of bank reconciliations and invoice registration and control.
- Intermediate Excel skills (PivotTables, formulas, and filters).
- Knowledge of tax and invoicing requirements applicable to international transactions is preferred.
- Experience with an ERP system.
- Basic to intermediate English proficiency (reading and writing).
- Attention to detail.
- Results-oriented mindset.
- Analytical thinking.
- Strong organizational skills.
