We are looking for a 100% individual contributor who loves the daily craft of media buying, campaign building, and scaling paid channels from inside the ad accounts. About the Role This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. There are no direct reports to manage and no client pitches to build—your core focus is pulling levers inside ad managers every single day. You will directly build, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (85% of budget/focus), while managing supplementary campaigns across Microsoft, TikTok, and Pinterest (15% of budget/focus). You are someone who thrives on diagnosing performance issues, adjusting bid strategies, testing creatives, and taking full ownership of channel metrics. What You’ll Do (100% Execution) Daily Platform Management: Spend 70% of your time directly inside Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Editor,



Google Merchant Center, and secondary platforms building campaigns, pacing budgets, adjusting bids, and managing negative keywords. Core Channel Scaling: Personally build and manage Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns, as well as Meta acquisition and retargeting campaigns using modern automated strategies (Advantage, broad targeting, value-based bidding). Creative Testing Pipeline: Own a weekly creative testing workflow. Proactively partner with our creative team to request new concepts, iterate on winning ads, and ensure continuous creative freshness on Meta and TikTok. Technical & Feed Audits: Audit product feeds, pixel setups, and tracking parameters (GA4, CVO, attribution tools) to catch wasted spend, fix broken links, and identify scaling opportunities. Performance Reporting: Track daily ROAS, CAC, LTV, and conversion rate variations, delivering concise data updates directly to leaders
