We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team as phone agents. The main role will be to connect with homeowners, identify their needs, and set qualified appointments for our acquisitions team.

This is not a script-reading job. We are looking for people who can listen, think on their feet, and build real, genuine conversations with potential clients.

Responsibilities
Make 80 to 150 calls per day.
Build rapport and trust with homeowners.
Identify motivation level and potential selling situations.
Set qualified appointments for the acquisitions team.

Requirements
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily.
Resilience and tolerance to rejection (it's a natural part of the role).
Coachable, disciplined,



and consistent.
Fluent English (a strong plus).
Self-motivated and results-driven.
