Location: Querétaro, Mexico (Allegion Manufacturing Facility)
Are you an experienced Program Manager passionate about driving New Product Development (NPD) from concept to mass production? We are looking for a Program Manager NPD & Operations to lead high-impact programs and process improvement initiatives in a world-class manufacturing environment!
In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams (Production, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Product Management, Supply Chain, IT, and Finance) to ensure program execution aligns with scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional teams to define project execution strategies, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Manage end-to-end program lifecycles for NPD, value engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor project milestones, mitigate risks, and drive root-cause issue resolution.
Prepare and lead formal project reviews and status updates with Senior Leadership.




Coach team members on the Product Development Process and project management best practices.
Travel up to 20% (domestically and internationally) as needed.
What Were Looking For:
Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Operations, or Business.
5+ years of Program Management experience, with at least 3+ years leading cross-functional teams.
Proven track record managing product-centric programs from concept to production.
Strong problem-solving, business acumen, and executive-level communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project Management software tools.
Preferred: PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Enterprise Excellence certifications; experience with Agile methodologies.-Requerimientos- Educación mínima: Educación superior - Licenciatura
