We are looking for an EHS technician who ensure compliance with all applicable Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) legal requirements, while executing the EHS strategy to reduce workplace accidents within the plant.
Coordinate plant activities and walkthroughs based on the EHS Compliance Calendar and EHS Standard Work.
Lead the implementation and compliance of the plant's EHS Framework elements and EHS Performance components (Safety Pyramid), driving continuous improvement in safety, health, and environmental performance.
Role Responsibilities -Ensure legal compliance in accordance with the EHS Compliance Calendar.
-Coordinate and ensure the closure of corrective actions through the EHS Benchmark Gensuite system.
-Lead internal ISO ***** audits and Safety & Hygiene Committee inspections, as well as any previously established EHS plant walkthroughs.
-Lead and train all personnel on the various tools and methodologies within the EHS Framework.
-Request, coordinate,



and monitor training programs related to applicable legal and regulatory compliance requirements.
-Supervise and ensure compliance across all departments regarding the plant's EHS Performance objectives (EHS Performance – EHS Pyramid).
Qualifications -EHS Technician, Nursing Technician, Paramedic, bachelor's degree in nursing, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
-2 to 3 years of experience in Industrial Safety, Occupational Health, or Environmental positions.
-Experience in manufacturing companies.
-Knowledge of ISO ***** and ISO ***** Management Systems.
-Experience participating in internal and external audits.
-Experience conducting accident and incident investigations.
-Knowledge of STPS, Civil Protection, and Environmental regulations.
