We are looking for a Junior Calibration System Integration Engineer – Powertrain to join an automotive engineering team in Michigan, USA.

Location: Michigan, USA

Employment: Full-time, on-site

Salary: Up to $60,000 USD/year + benefits

TN Visa: The company will provide support with the TN visa process

️ English: Advanced / excellent communication skills

What are we looking for?

We are interested in candidates with a background in:

- Control Systems Engineering

- Mechanical Engineering

- Electrical Engineering

- Automotive Engineering

- Computer Engineering

- Computer Science

- Or a related field

Candidates with a Master’s or PhD are also welcome, including those whose relevant experience comes from research, university projects, internships, or academic programs.

⭐ Key Requirements

- Knowledge of control systems and powertrain systems.

- Experience or academic background with HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop).

- Experience with Dynamometer / Dyno testing.

- Knowledge of MATLAB / Simulink.

- Automotive experience through professional work, internships, research, or university projects.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.





- Excellent oral and written English communication.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

- Powertrain Controls experience.

- Electrification / EV / Hybrid experience.

- Experience with INCA, MDA, PowerCal or CRETA.

- Experience with CANoe / CANalyzer.

- Embedded software.

- OBD / On-Board Diagnostics.

- eMachines and Power Electronics.

- Engine, transmission, or powertrain systems development.
