WHAT YOU WILL DO • Configure offers, offer collections and decision policies in AJO, including promo code, single use and anonymous offer types. • Run the migration from Offer Decisioning Engine to AJO Decisioning across roughly 200 offers and 172 decisions. • Build eligibility rules, ranking logic and capping constraints, including offers capped at one redemption per customer per day. • Validate and QA every offer configuration before release, in a lower sandbox first. • Stand up SMS as a new channel, covering short code provisioning, aggregator configuration and compliance requirements. • Configure journeys and campaigns, and enable CJA events as journey triggers. • Advise the client's CRM team and their marketing agency on new AJO capabilities, including bringing external model scores in for next best action use cases.



• Work the sprint backlog in Azure DevOps and partner with the data architect on audience and profile design. MUST HAVE • Four or more years in the Adobe Experience Platform ecosystem, with two or more hands-on in AJO. • Demonstrable Offer Decisioning experience. Candidates must have built offers, collections and decision policies themselves, not supervised someone who did. • Journey and campaign configuration in AJO, with push and email live in production. • Working knowledge of RT-CDP schemas, datasets, profiles and audiences, and how they feed AJO. • At least one outbound channel stood up end to end. • Agile delivery experience with a real sprint commitment, not a ticket queue. • Fluent client facing English.
