Purpose/Essence of the role: Manage overall transition program including timelines, resource allocation and budget, compliance, reporting, governance.

1. JL5A – Senior Transition Lead
2. >6 yrs of experience managing transitions in Latam
3. Project management tools like Microsoft project, Smartsheet, Planview, etc
4. Travel needed? - Yes

Below are the roles and responsibilities aligned to the above-mentioned role / role designation:

1. Strategy - planning & formulation: Provides inputs for the business transition strategy and creates customized transition plans for the transition programs based on specific client needs.
2. Transition Financial Management: Plan, deploy and manage financials for the transition program.
3. Foster Transition Innovation & Excellence: Continually strive towards, innovating & improving transition methodology, implementation of best practices within the group.
4. Knowledge Management: Manage creation, deployment and reuse of knowledge artifacts created across different transition programs and facilitate adoption of best practices.
5. Transition Planning: Create a comprehensive plan covering timelines, resource allocation and budget; for respective transition project.
6. Compliance to Transition Framework and Methodology:



Build competencies and control systems around the transition Framework and Methodology.
7. Contract Management: Drive all contractual discussions with the internal and external stakeholders during.
8. Resource Planning & Allocation: Allocate/ mobilize appropriate resources for ongoing or upcoming Transition projects.
