We are a custom software development company with over 19 years in the
market, partnering with major clients across the U.S., Europe, and Canada.
We're hiring a Business Analyst to join our remote integral team.​​​​

Role Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements through direct collaboration with stakeholders.
- Elaborate Product Requirement Documents to define scope, objectives and context for new initiatives.
- Write and refine user stories alongside the Product Owner, ensuring the team is clear and ready for the redeployment.
- Break down user stories into actionable tasks for the development and QA teams.
- Define acceptance criteria for each requirement.




- Identify and document business rules to ensure they are accurately reflecting throughout the development.
- Maintain documentation in JIRA and Confluence.

General Requirements

- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- 6 Months of experience in Calypso platform
- Experience with user stories, acceptance criteria.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Conversational English level

Nice to Have

- Experience or faimiliarity with financial or transactional systems.
