We are seeking an experienced Senior Specialist in Program & Project Management to lead product delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage product roadmaps, and ensure successful Agile project execution.
Required Skills
- 8–12 years of experience in Program/Project Management, Product Delivery, or Agile Delivery.
- Strong experience in Scrum Master responsibilities, Agile methodologies, and backlog management.
- Expertise in roadmap planning, dependency tracking, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience managing multiple technical and business workstreams.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
Nice to Have
- PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Scrum Master, or Product Owner certification.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure Dev Ops.
- Exposure to cloud, AI, data, or digital transformation projects.
- Spanish and English language proficiency.
