E-Commerce Growth Marketing Manager — TikTok Shop & Social CommerceRemote | Full-time | 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern (adaptable, we care about results, not clocks) | Fluent English requiredSalary: $2000 to $2200 USD/month based on experience + profit sharing bonuses based on performance.About TopFoxxTopFoxx is a women-owned NYC eyewear brand growing fast, building luxury sunglasses that solve real problems: floating sunnies, tangle-free aviators, foldable pocket frames, and mood-boosting lenses. We are a small, close-knit team where everyone wears many hats, supports each other, and jumps in wherever needed. The RoleWe are looking for an E-Commerce Growth Marketing Manager to turn TopFoxx's digital marketing and e-commerce channels into scalable, profitable growth engines.TikTok Shop is a major focus, but this is not a TikTok-only position. You will work across TikTok Shop, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Instagram, creative strategy, paid media, website conversion, and broader e-commerce marketing. We need someone who understands how these pieces connect and can execute, analyze, and drive results. You should be able to receive a problem like "TikTok Shop isn't performing. Figure out what's happening." and independently investigate the data, identify the problems, develop a strategy, implement solutions, monitor results, and improve. The same applies to "Meta ROAS dropped" or "Traffic is high but conversion is low."You do not need to be an expert in everything. You need to be curious, capable, hands-on, and willing to figure things out. This is not a role where you simply report performance and wait for direction. We are looking for someone who owns growth. What Success Looks LikeGrow TopFoxx's revenue, conversion, and profitability across digital marketing and e-commerce while making TikTok Shop a major growth engine.Understand → Identify → Strategize → Execute → Measure → Optimize → ScaleWe want someone who connects what customers see, where they come from, what creators produce, how products are presented, what makes someone buy, and whether that sale actually made money.TikTok Shop is a major part of this role. We currently receive about 2,000 affiliate videos a month from roughly 650 creators, and only 1–2% drive sales. Our Affiliate & Creator Marketing Manager is responsible for growing that creator engine to 5,000+ active creators posting monthly and increasing the percentage of affiliate videos generating sales. Your job is to make sure creator activity, paid media, organic content, product presentation, and e-commerce strategy translate into profitable business results. What You'll Oversee (Key Responsibilities)1) TikTok Shop Growth (Primary Focus)Analyze GMV, revenue, sales, conversion, traffic, product performance, and creator-generated revenue to identify what is working and where opportunities exist.Develop and execute strategies to increase daily sales and GMV. Test products, content, offers, campaigns, positioning, and channel strategies.Follow TikTok Shop updates, trends, tools, features, and best practices. Identify underused opportunities and be first to test them.Monitor results, improve conversion and product presentation,
and work with the Affiliate & Creator Marketing Manager to determine what should be scaled.Build repeatable processes that make TikTok Shop growth more scalable.2) Paid Media & Digital MarketingYou should be comfortable managing, analyzing, and improving paid performance, not simply reviewing reports.Manage and/or oversee paid campaigns across Meta and TikTok aligned with revenue and profitability goals.Analyze ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, AOV, and revenue contribution. Identify whether problems come from targeting, creative, offer, product, landing page, or conversion.Recommend budget changes and determine which campaigns or audiences should be scaled, reduced, paused, or restructured.Develop creative tests across hooks, messaging, offers, formats, products, and concepts. Identify organic or creator content that can be repurposed for paid.Connect paid media with TikTok Shop, e-commerce, organic content, and creator performance.3) E-Commerce Growth & Conversion OptimizationReview the customer journey from ad/content → product page → checkout → purchase and identify where customers drop off.Analyze product-level traffic, conversion, add-to-cart rate, AOV, and sales. Identify underperforming products, pages, offers, campaigns, and customer objections.Review Shopify product pages and landing pages, including images, videos, headlines, descriptions, pricing, CTAs, and messaging. Ensure advertising and product-page messaging are aligned.Develop conversion-focused landing page tests. Evaluate TikTok Shop product presentation and Amazon product creative/content.Use customer questions, reviews, comments, objections, and behavior to identify opportunities and test improvements to presentation, messaging, creative, and offers.4) Creative Strategy & Content PerformanceWe want a marketer who understands why creative works and how it drives business results , not simply someone who reports views and engagement.Analyze TikTok, Instagram, Meta, creator, and paid creative to understand what captures attention and contributes to conversions.Develop hooks, angles, concepts, messaging, and creative testing strategies based on audience behavior and business performance.Turn customer pain points, product benefits, reviews, objections, and questions into content opportunities.Develop TikTok and Instagram content strategies and identify winning creator content that can be replicated, expanded, or scaled.Create content briefs and provide actionable creative direction to creators and internal teams.Connect organic, creator, paid, and e-commerce performance to build repeatable creative frameworks.5) Creative ExecutionWe want a marketer who can execute, not just strategize. You do not need to be an expert designer or professional video editor, but you should have enough hands-on ability to make or modify content when needed. You may be expected to:Make simple edits to images, graphics, and marketing assets.Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram,
and other social channels.Add or modify text, captions, hooks, CTAs, and other creative elements.Adapt creative for different platforms, formats, or campaigns.Create basic social and marketing assets when needed.Experience with Photoshop, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva , or similar tools is valuable.6) Data, KPIs & PerformanceYou should be comfortable tracking:Revenue, GMV, orders, traffic, AOV, and conversion rateProduct-level conversion and add-to-cart rateCTR, CPC, CPA, CAC, and ROASCreator-generated revenue, retention, and engagementContribution margin and overall profitabilityThe goal is not simply to report numbers. You should be able to answer: What is happening? Why? What should we change? What happened after we changed it? Most importantly, did we make money? You should understand that reported ROI is not profit and account for commissions, referral fees, advertising spend, discounts, shipping, product costs, and other expenses when evaluating profitability.7) Testing, Growth & Cross-Channel MarketingUnderstand how TikTok Shop, paid media, organic content, creators, Shopify, Amazon, Meta, and other channels work together.Continuously test content angles, hooks, offers, product positioning, creative formats, landing pages, audiences, campaigns, and other growth levers.Use insights from paid media, creators, TikTok Shop, e-commerce, and customer data to improve strategy across channels.Identify winning creative, messaging, products, and concepts that can be adapted or scaled across channels.Research competitors, trends, platforms, and emerging opportunities.Identify customer-journey gaps and where additional investment could have the greatest impact.Stop strategies and tests that are not producing results and shift resources toward stronger opportunities.Document successful tests and learnings so what works can be repeated and scaled. What We're Looking ForMust-haves:3+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, growth marketing, performance marketing, paid media, TikTok Shop, or a related field.Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, short-form content, social commerce, and customer psychology.Hands-on experience with paid advertising, particularly Meta Ads and/or TikTok Ads.Strong analytical ability and experience turning performance data into decisions.Strong understanding of e-commerce conversion and the customer journey.Experience testing and optimizing campaigns rather than simply managing them.Highly independent and comfortable figuring things out without step-by-step direction.Margin literacy. You understand that ROI is not profit and can account for commissions, referral fees, discounts, shipping, and product cost.Comfortable testing, learning, adjusting, and moving quickly.Strong written and verbal communication skills. What You Get:Performance-based bonuses tied to measurable results.Fully remote role with flexible hours.Free TopFoxx products.Paid time off and company holidays. As a fully remote team, TopFoxx uses Time Doctor during working hours for international team members. Time Doctor is a time-tracking and productivity tool that records hours worked and takes periodic screenshots while the timer is running. For this full-time role, it is used to verify and track the expected 8-hour workday.
