Project Manager – Retail E-commerce / Website ExperienceLocation: Mexico – 100% RemoteSchedule: ET HoursEmployment Type: ContractorProject Duration: 6+ monthsAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager based in Mexico with a strong background in website development, e-commerce, and retail technologies .This role will focus on leading customer-facing website initiatives and partnering closely with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to build and enhance compelling digital customer experiences.The ideal candidate understands how e-commerce websites connect the customer journey with retail fulfillment operations, including Same Day Delivery, shipping options, Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS), and store inventory availability .Key ResponsibilitiesLead customer-facing website and e-commerce projects from planning through implementation and delivery.Partner closely with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to define and deliver engaging digital customer experiences.Manage project roadmaps, scope, priorities, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment between business, product, design, and technology stakeholders.Translate complex business and customer experience requirements into manageable project plans and deliverables.Support website functionality related to retail fulfillment and the customer purchasing journey.Coordinate initiatives involving Same Day Delivery, shipping options, BOPIS, and store inventory availability .Facilitate project planning, prioritization, requirements discussions,



and stakeholder communication.Identify project risks and dependencies and proactively drive them toward resolution.Ensure projects are delivered successfully and aligned with business and customer experience objectives.Must-Have RequirementsProfessional Project Management experience leading technology or digital initiatives.Strong background working on website development projects .Experience partnering with Product, UX, and Engineering teams .Familiarity with retail technologies and e-commerce platforms .Understanding of the digital e-commerce customer journey and website experience .Familiarity with retail fulfillment operations and how they are presented to customers through e-commerce websites.Experience or strong familiarity with:Same Day DeliveryShipping OptionsBuy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS)Store Inventory AvailabilityExperience coordinating cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.Strong written and verbal English communication skills .Must be currently based in Mexico .Ideal BackgroundWe are particularly interested in Project Managers who have worked on retail or e-commerce website initiatives where digital customer experience, inventory, shipping, fulfillment, and store operations intersect.Experience managing initiatives that required close collaboration between Product Management, UX/UI, Engineering, and business teams will be highly valuable.Perks & Benefits100% Remote – Mexico20 PTO DaysMonthly Payments via Deel.comIf you are a Project Manager with strong Retail + Website Experience + E-commerce experience and are interested in leading complex technology initiatives in a integral retail environment, we would like to hear from you.
