What You’ll Do

- Connect with families through inbound and outbound calls to understand their needs and guide them through the intake process.
- Gather and verify important information to complete intake requirements accurately.
- Explain the intake process, answer questions, and help families understand their next steps.
- Build positive and supportive relationships with families from the very first interaction.
- Follow up with families to collect missing information and keep the intake process moving.
- Maintain accurate and organized intake records, notes, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from intake to ABA services.




- Handle sensitive conversations with patience, professionalism, and care.

What You’ll Bring

- Previous healthcare intake experience is required.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with a caring and empathetic approach.
- Comfort handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to explain processes clearly and communicate professionally with families.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and challenging situations with care.
- Experience in ABA or working with families seeking behavioral health services is a plus.
