We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (English and Spanish) Attorney with knowledge in US immigration law (for the right candidate we can provide training) to join our team. This role will be heavily involved in creating engaging content for social media campaigns, educating audiences on immigration processes alongside our head attorney, and actively engaging with them. WE WILL ASK AS PART OF THE INTERVIEW PROCESS, FOR A SHORT 1-2 MINUTE VIDEO WHERE YOU WILL SPEAK ABOUT A TOPIC YOU ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT SO WE CAN EVALUATE YOUR WAY OF SPEAKING AND YOUR ENERGY ON CAMERA.

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Creation:
- Work with Marketing Department to develop and deliver high-quality content in both English and Spanish, including articles, videos, webinars, and presentations, to educate our audience on US immigration processes.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create compelling and relevant materials that resonate with our target audience.
- Stay updated on the latest developments and changes in immigration law to ensure accuracy and relevance in content creation.
- Social Media Engagement:
- Participate in social media campaigns focused on immigration topics, including creating content calendars, posting updates,



and interacting with followers.
- Engage with audiences through comments, messages, and live sessions to answer questions, provide information, and build relationships.
- Legal Advisory Services:
- Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients on various immigration matters, including visas, residency, citizenship, and compliance issues.
- Prepare and review legal documents, petitions, and applications related to immigration cases.
- Media Presence:
- Represent the company as a legal expert in immigration law through media appearances, interviews, and public speaking engagements.
- Maintain a professional and engaging presence on camera, showcasing a vibrant personality and the ability to connect easily with diverse audiences.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Law
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
- Knowledge or experience in US immigration law is preferred, but training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex legal concepts for a non-legal audience.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy with experience using digital tools for content creation, social media management, and communication.
- Professional demeanor, well-presented, and comfortable with public speaking and media appearances.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 MX per month
