Helius Sunlink PV, a company specializing in advanced solar panel systems, energy storage solutions, and EV charging infrastructure, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to strengthen its commercial presence in Mexico.

Responsibilities

- Promote the company's brand and products in the market;

- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities;

- Develop new business, prospect, and qualify potential customers;

- Provide ongoing customer service and support to active clients;

- Conduct visits to new and existing clients;

- Process and follow up on sales orders;

- Build customer trust and loyalty through excellence in service and products;

- Prepare weekly sales reports and maintain data in the sales ERP system;

- Participate in monthly team meetings;

- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events;

- Collaborate with the R&D; and Marketing teams on the development of new products and commercial materials for sales prospecting.





Requirements and Qualifications

- Prior experience in the energy sector;

- Proficiency in English and Spanish;

- Availability for domestic and international travel and client visits;

- Strong negotiation skills;

- Strong interpersonal skills, including empathy, organization, responsibility, and the ability to work effectively within a team;

- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills;

- Proficiency in Microsoft 365;

- Strong analytical skills;

- Ability to learn quickly and adapt;

- Positive, proactive attitude with strong motivation and a results-oriented mindset;

- Ambition for professional growth and development.
