Responsibilities
About the Role The Accounts Payable Intern supports the accounts payable function by processing invoices, monitoring payment requests, and ensuring compliance with established payment procedures. This role assists with invoice entry in Coupa, validates system interfaces between Coupa and Oracle, supports reconciliation and fixed asset activities, and collaborates closely with the Accounts Payable team to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations. In this role you will:
- Receive and monitor payment requests in accordance with the established payment schedule.
- Ensure compliance with the requirements for properly completing payment requests.
- Enter invoices into the Coupa system.
- Validate the interface between the Coupa and Oracle systems.
- Maintain close communication with the Accounts Payable team.
- Support reconciliation processes and fixed asset control activities.
Qualifications

- Availability to work: Monday to Friday from 8am to 3pm
- Proficient in Windows applications.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Additional Knowledge and Skills Working effectively within an AI enabled environment:
- Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support daily work
- Skills in evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias
- Experience integrating AI into workflows to improve efficiency or insights
- Familiarity with AI assisted research, summarization, and content generation
- Understanding of responsible AI use, including ethics and data protection
Education
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Graduation date must be: December 2027 or June 2028
